Hearing on MTA's bill to repeal law that allows lawsuits against teachers

On Tuesday, March 9, the Legislature's Joint Committee on Education, Arts and Humanities will hold a public hearing on MTA's bill, H. 4542, a Bill to Repeal the Right to Sue Provision of the English Immersion Law at 1 pm in Room A-2. MTA, along with others, will present testimony in support of the legislation.
