MTA Retired Breakfasts

The MTA Retired Members Committee has scheduled a series of breakfast meetings to take place this spring throughout the state.  Come to one of the breakfasts to hear updates on MTA-sponsored legislation that impacts both retired and active MTA members.  You will also hear the latest on the federal legislation to repeal the Government Pension Offset (GPO) and the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP).  The Committee is eager to hear from you at these breakfasts.  Bring your concerns, insights, wants and needs and share them with other MTA Retired members.

Select the most convenient location and register today. There is a $5.00 charge to cover the cost of the meeting.

Return the registration form to: Jo Ann Fitzgerald, Retired Members Service Specialist, MTA, 20 Ashburton Place, Boston, MA 02108 with your $5.00 check made payable to the MTA.  Preregistration is very important because of the popularity of the breakfasts.

Directions will be forwarded approximately one week before the meeting.  For further information, contact Wini Peterson at 1-800-392-6174  x8254 or e-mail wpeterson@massteacher.org.
