MTA/NEA members receive free expert legal advice and representation under MTA's Legal Services Policy.

MTA's experienced attorneys are experts in labor law, with a broad range of expertise in such areas as unfair labor practices, wage and hour laws, seniority issues, employee liability case, civil service laws, unemployment compensation claims and discrimination cases.  

Retirement planning services for pre-retirees are also provided through this division.
