March 17 picket in support of Central Falls teachers and staff has been cancelled

Based on some recent positive movement, the March 17 picket protesting the firing of Central Falls teachers and staff has been cancelled. That picket was to have been held at the Rhode Island Department of Education headquarters that afternoon. Please inform your members that it has been cancelled. We will keep you posted if any future actions in support of Central Falls teachers are organized.
