Understanding Workplace Bullying

Workplace bullying is an issue for employees. This workshop will provide individual members who are targets, members who witness bullying incidents and union leaders with information on how to recognize bullying behavior, its impact on individuals and witnesses and strategies for how to deal with bullies. We will also discuss the Healthy Workplace Bill, anti-workplace bullying legislation currently pending in the legislature and what some locals are doing to deal with this problem.
