Labor-Management-Community Collaboration

On Tuesday, February 28, the Rennie Center will release its case study, Labor-Management-Community Collaboration in Springfield Public Schools, at the Omni Parker House Hotel in Boston from 9 to 11 a.m. The center will share key insights gained from the study of a successful labor management collaboration in a major urban school district and feature remarks from individuals central to this work, including:

• Andrew Bundy, Partner, Community Matters
• Tim Collins, President, Springfield Education Association
• Dr. Alan Ingram, Superintendent, Springfield Public Schools

The event will close with a panel of state and district leaders in labor and management sharing their thoughts on how lessons in collaboration may be applied to other districts and across the state. The panel will include:
