ESPs work in nine career fields: Clerical service, custodial and maintenance service, food service, health and human service, paraeducators, security service, skilled trades, technical service and transportation service.

We need the resources and tools to work with educators on promoting student achievement, keeping students safe and cultivating a positive school climate that makes learning and growth possible. We also need living wages and a dignified retirement.

Join us at the 2026 MTA ESP Conference, which will be held in Hyannis on April 10 and 11! Registration will open soon.
