"My kids are my motivation. It’s my kids that make me want to go to work. My students are my kids. I know more about them than I probably do about my own kids. They rely on us and can talk to us. And not be judged. I drive preK to high school. I start with high school in the morning, then I do an elementary school, then I do a middle school, then I do a preK. Then I go back. The [Central Massachusetts] Collaborative kids are my favorites. I can connect with them. All they want to do is be heard."
