Annual Meeting Of Delegates

The Annual Meeting brings together educators from across the Commonwealth to set priorities, debate key issues and vote on the policies that guide our union’s work. Through discussion, collaboration and collective decision-making, members help shape the future of public education and the direction of the MTA.

Meeting Agendas & Actions

Board of Directors and Executive Committee meeting agendas and highlights for the current fiscal year are posted as they become available.

Bargaining Strength

Bargaining is the powerful tool we use to demand fair wages and benefits and create the workplaces we deserve. Members within each local define the priorities they want to achieve through bargaining, and the grievance process gives us the ability to enforce our workplace rights.
