ADA Accommodations Requests

Delegates must make requests in advance of the Annual Meeting of Delegates.

Please use this form to submit accommodations requests for any special needs in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and any mobility needs. Delegates must make arrangements in advance. 

These requests are only for the MTA Annual Meeting of Delegates. You will need to make separate arrangements with your hotel.
