Board Negotiating Team

Negotiates agreements, sets executive contract terms, and reviews unresolved employee grievances.

The Board Negotiating Team negotiates collaborative bargaining agreements with MTA employee organizations and the terms and salary of the employment agreement between the MTA and the executive director-treasurer and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors. The team also hears unresolved FSO and MATA grievances beyond the level of the executive director-treasurer.
