Early Career Educators Conference
Designed for educators in their first five years of practice and aspiring student educators, this year's program will include a morning symposium with union activists from across the state discussing wins by and for new members, lunch and workshops on a variety of topics including classroom management, instructional strategies that support students with diverse learning needs, financial planning, social and emotional learning, and finding ways to make working in schools sustainable.
The ECE Conference will be in late winter 2027. Date and location to come. This conference is offered at no charge to MTA and student members.
