Hotel Addresses
Arrival/Departure and Luggage Storage
  • Hotel guests arriving on Friday morning before check-in may store luggage at the Bell Services stand at either hotel, complimentary. Check-in time is 4 p.m. Luggage may not be brought to or stored at the Hynes Convention Center.
  • After storing luggage with Bell Services, proceed to the MTA Registration Room, Hynes Convention Center, 3rd Floor, Room 304-306.
  • At the conclusion of Friday’s Business Session, you may return to the hotel, show your claim ticket at the Bell Services stand, and collect your bags.
  • On Saturday, the Sheraton will provide satellite luggage storage for all MTA delegates, regardless of the hotel in which you stayed. The satellite storage will be located in the Back Bay D Meeting Room on the second floor of the Sheraton. This meeting room is accessible as you walk to the Hynes Convention Center from the Sheraton (and in the Sheraton immediately after the Hynes entrance, if coming from the Marriott Copley through the Prudential Center). The room is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Luggage may not be brought to or stored at the Hynes Convention Center.
Incidental Hold

Marriott: Upon registering at the hotel, credit must be established with the front desk by presenting a credit or debit card for the entire stay, including room, tax and an incidental hold of $100.
Sheraton: A credit or debit card must be presented at check-in. An authorization will be placed on the card at check-in, equal to the amount of the full stay and an incidental hold of $100.

Expediting Your Checkout

Both hotels will ask for your email address so they can send your room invoice on the day of checkout. Visit the front desk if you have any questions or disputes. You can leave your keys in the room or turn them in at the front desk when checking out.
