Hotels for Annual Meeting Delegates

The hotel options for the MTA Annual Meeting of Delegates are the Sheraton Boston and the Boston Marriott Copley Place.

Hotel Prices

The deadline for hotel reservations is April 15. Availability and pricing cannot be guaranteed once rooms are sold out. The hotels are likely to sell out before April 15, so large delegations should reserve rooms starting in early March.

Both the Sheraton Boston and the Boston Marriott Copley Place are $309* per night
*These room rates do not include a 16.45% tax. Rollaway beds are subject to availability and cost an additional $25.

Specifically for the MTA Board (including the Executive Committee and NEA Directors), MTA staff, members of the MTA Bylaws & Rules Committee, MTA Credentials and Ballot Committee, student delegates, and MTA past presidents.
