PLEASE NOTE
- Reserve only the rooms that you and/or your delegation will use. Reserving more rooms than you need and canceling them at the last minute puts the MTA at risk of losing money (and makes the booking process more challenging for other local associations.)
- Be sure to book your room through MTA’s customized links or using MTA-specific reference codes. Booking through a third party (For example, Expedia) or outside of the MTA’s room block puts you at risk of a higher room rate and loss of concessions negotiated for you by MTA (flexible cancellation clauses, complimentary in-room Wi-Fi, valet parking rate extended to 6 p.m. for no additional charge.)
Booking Process
- Through the online systems, you can reserve one room or up to 20 rooms at a time, and you can modify your selection to choose different room types and dates.
- A credit card is required to secure hotel room reservations.
- Modifications (e.g., changing delegate names) can be made online once a confirmation email has been received.
- All reservation name changes should be finalized by April 15.
Payment Process/ Incidental Holds
- A credit or debit card must be presented at check-in, at which time an authorization will be placed on the card equal to the amount of the full stay, plus a $100 per-night incidental hold.
- Upon check-out, the hold will be charged, and the incidental hold will be released (if no charges have been made.)
A credit card authorization form can be completed in advance for local associations paying for multiple rooms. Credit card authorization forms for multiple people must be received one week prior to check-in day. For an electronic authorization form, please email:
Cancellation Policy
At both hotels, all rooms reserved will have a 72-hour cancellation policy in place. Any cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s room & tax.
