MTA provides $2400 for statewide, regional, and retired delegates, and $960 for local delegates to help cover delegate travel expenses. Attendance accountability and other requirements apply. 

Delegates must submit two forms to receive funding. See full details in the NEA RA 2026 delegate funding memo.

Note: If you have previously submitted to MTA a form for Electronic Funds Transfer, we will continue to use that information. If your banking information has changed, please submit a new form. If MTA does not have a direct deposit form from you, a paper check will be mailed.
