  • The Strong Locals Inventory is a fillable questionnaire for local leaders that acts as a self-assessment.
  • The updated ALL IN Grant is an application for MTA organizing funds.
  • The Crisis Funds reimbursement document explains the policy for determining when a local can apply for economic assistance from the MTA, as well as a memorandum of understanding that can be submitted in an application.

  • Health Insurance Consulting: MTA’s Bargaining Campaign and Strategy Team provides expert advice, analysis, and training on health insurance issues. Typically, the BCST advice is provided through your field representative-organizer. However, there may be times when the BCST provides direct assistance to locals. Because the process to make changes to health plan designs may occur rapidly, it is essential that you contact your field representative-organizer as soon as possible so they can review your situation with the BCST to determine the best way to support your local.

  • This Workplace Health and Safety document includes an updated explanation of the health and safety resources available to locals and a grant application for financial assistance.
